Yes. We can report fake Snapchat accounts that are impersonating you, and we've had successful removals. This feature is available on our Premier and Legend plans. Before we can report to Snapchat, you'll need to sign the Authorization Letter, which serves as proof that you're allowing us to represent you. Snapchat may request this during the review process, and it helps strengthen the report. Sign the Authorization Letter here.Few readersDo you remove Reddit content, subreddits, and users?
Yes. Our Premier and Legend plans include the Social Media Module, which scans Reddit daily. If there's a subreddit or user dedicated to pirating your content, send it to us through live chat or [email protected] and we'll add it to your monitoring list. We don't report subreddits or accounts to Reddit directly, because Reddit doesn't act on notices like that. What works instead is watching them closely and reporting each infringing post as it goes up. HundredsFew readersDo you remove/scan Discord content? How do I submit it?
Discord is included in the Social Media Module on our Premier and Legend plans, but it works a little differently. Our automation can't scan Discord, so we can't find leaks there on our own. If you come across a Discord server or link sharing your content, head to the Make a Request tab in your dashboard, paste in the link, add a message if there's anything we should know, and hit Submit. Everything you send gets reported within 24 hours. For more on manual requests, see [How do I submit manuaFew readersDo you remove old (outdated) Reddit content from Google?

Takedown Statuses
Why do I get a "no copyright infringement" notification?
Usually one of two things. The platform may have decided it's fair use. Fair use lets someone post copyrighted material without permission in certain cases, like criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, or research. Fan posts sometimes fall into this category too. If that's what happened, you can reach out to the site or publisher yourself to explain your rights and ask them to take it down. The account has your photo but nothing else. We send a lot of notices for impersonation accountFew readersMy dashboard says "Non-compliant with DMCA," but the site has a DMCA page. Why couldn't you take it down?
We send takedown notices to websites and their hosting providers under DMCA law. A site can have a DMCA page and still ignore what comes in, and some countries don't enforce these notices at all. Sites hosted in places like Bulgaria, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, and China are the ones we run into most often. When that happens, we delist the content from Google and Bing instead. The page stays up, but it stops showing in search results, which cuts most ofFew readersMy dashboard says "Delisted," but I can still see the link on Google. Why?
That's almost always your browser showing you a saved version of the results page rather than a fresh one. Try searching again in an incognito or private window, or from a different phone or computer. If the link is gone there, the delisting worked. If you're still seeing it after that, send us the search term you used and we'll check on our end.Few readersDo you remove a link again if it gets reposted after removal?
Yes. Our system keeps rechecking pirate sites on a loop, so when your content reappears we catch it and report it again. You don't need to do anything. That said, if you spot a repost before we do, feel free to send it over on live chat and we'll get it reported faster!Few readers
