How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page on your dashboard.

Select your active subscription ID.
Choose Cancel.
Complete the feedback step.
You will be redirected to Paddle to complete the cancellation.

Your subscription will remain active until its renewal date, and no further renewal charges will be made after cancellation.

If you'd like to pause instead, you can pause your subscription as well. Pausing lets you restart your subscription easily!

Paddle also sends a subscription cancellation email when you subscribe to our service. You can find the cancellation link by searching your inbox for “Paddle.” If you cannot find it, please contact us through live chat.
