Why don't I have social media or Reddit scans?

If you are on a free trial or the Pro plan, social media scanning is not included.

Our Social Media Module, which includes scans across supported social media platforms and Reddit, is available with the Premier and Legend plans.

Reddit is scanned 4 times per day, every 6 hours. Your first social media scan will usually begin within a few days after your initial piracy scan.
