Why do I get a "no copyright infringement" notification?

Usually one of two things.

The platform may have decided it's fair use. Fair use lets someone post copyrighted material without permission in certain cases, like criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, or research. Fan posts sometimes fall into this category too. If that's what happened, you can reach out to the site or publisher yourself to explain your rights and ask them to take it down.

The account has your photo but nothing else. We send a lot of notices for impersonation accounts using stolen profile pictures, and many of them work. But if the account is private or only has your picture and no actual leaked content, there's often nothing for the platform to act on, so the notice comes back as no infringement.
