What is a “personal agent”? How can I be assigned one?


  1. We offer automated takedowns on all our plans but if you have your own links to report, you can click on the hammer button on the left side of your dashboard or go to your Make a Request tab. All your requests are reported within 24 hours.



  1. Please input the links you wish for us to report in the provided field. If necessary, you can also leave a message for us. Once you've entered all the necessary information, click on the "Submit" button.


  1. You have the ability to view the number of links you can submit, as well as the date when the count resets. If you are subscribed to the Legend plan, you can enjoy the benefit of sending unlimited requests.



  1. Our system doesn't allow resubmits to avoid duplicate links. If you want to report a link once again, you can send it to our live chat instead.



  1. If you need to report links from Google results, please ensure the links are in the required format. To simplify this process, consider downloading our Chrome extension. You can access it here. This tool will help streamline your reporting process.


  1. You can also go to your Personal Agent tab to make a new takedown request. This is where you can see all your personal submits and follow up on them. You can even message your takedown agents directly on this page and ask them anything you like about the removal process.





  1. On your Personal Agent tab, you can also request manual scans customized just the way you need it. Each Rulta Legend subscriber gets 1 custom search per week.


  1. After clicking on "New Custom Search", choose a platform and send us your message. You can choose more than one platform and even send us your location data so that the scan generates a wider array of results.



  1. Your custom search results will be published on your Daily Reports tab within 48 hours. You can click on the marked area to view all the links your agent reported for you.
