# Rulta 會自動寄出下架請求，還是我必須手動提交？

會的，Rulta 會自動、無上限地將所有下架請求寄給相關單位。每個偵測到的連結都會在 24 小時內完成檢舉，您完全不用動手。

如果有連結沒有被 Rulta 的模組或自動化系統偵測到，您可以在方案的額度內提交下架請求。
* Pro：每天 10 個連結
* Premier：每天 40 個連結
* Legend：無上限

前往 Dashboard > Manual Section。
1. 點選 "Make a request"（提出請求）手動提交。
2. 您可以在儀表板的 "Personal Agent"（專屬客服專員）頁面查看請求狀態。
