# 儀表板如何運作？

1. 您可以在這裡找到您的使用者名稱。在 Rulta，每個使用者名稱都有自己的儀表板。點選 "Add Profile"（新增個人檔案）即可新增新的藝名。

2. 如果想加強使用者名稱的掃描，可以前往 Settings（設定）提出新的搜尋關鍵字。

3. 搜尋關鍵字應與您的產業相關且較為通用，這點和必須獨一無二的使用者名稱不同。您可以提出任意數量的搜尋關鍵字，我們的團隊會逐一審核，並將合適的關鍵字加入您的清單。

4. 除了以使用者名稱和搜尋關鍵字進行掃描之外，我們也運用 AI 偵測您外流的內容。這項智慧工具會掃描您的臉部資料並加入我們的系統，讓我們能找到並檢舉更多外流內容。

5. 在 Results（結果）分頁中，您可以看到我們為您檢舉過的所有網站連結完整清單。您可以在網站結果、社群媒體結果和搜尋結果移除報告之間切換，也可以依需求篩選，並在下方追蹤整個移除流程。

6. 在 Delist Reports（搜尋結果移除報告）分頁中，您可以看到所有 Google 和 Bing 的移除紀錄。我們也加上了前往您透明度報告的直接連結。這些報告由 Google 發布，會顯示代表您移除的連結總數。
