# 如何取消或暫停訂閱？

您可以在儀表板的 [Billing 頁面](https://www.rulta.com/dashboard/billing/)（帳務）取消訂閱。

1. 選擇您目前有效的訂閱 ID。
2. 選擇 **Cancel**（取消）。
3. 完成意見回饋步驟。
4. 系統會將您導向 Paddle 完成取消。

您的訂閱會維持有效到續訂日為止，取消後就不會再收取任何續訂費用。

| 如果您想暫時休息，也可以暫停訂閱。暫停後要重新開始訂閱很簡單！
