# 如何成為合法的著作權人？什麼是 Copyright Registration？

著作權保護一般在原創作品創作完成並固定於有形媒介時自動產生。

著作權登記是另一項獨立的程序，在某些司法管轄區可以提供額外的舉證優勢。

您的著作權登記會附上由 **the Canadian Copyright Office**（加拿大著作權局）核發的正式證書。這份法律文件可作為您著作權登記的證明，並可能依相關司法管轄區的法律和程序確立您的權利歸屬。依適用法律而定，登記證書也可能在伯恩公約 182 個會員國的司法或行政程序中，作為權利歸屬的佐證。
