# What counts as DMCA violation and what do we report?

**Rulta protects digital content such as videos and photographs.** Any form of written content **that do not reproduce your copyrighted work**, such as commercials, and promises to share content, **generally** do not **constitute** copyright infringement. Different platforms may have different copyright enforcement policies and different interpretations of fair use doctrine. Rulta submits reports in accordance with the relevant platform’s copyright enforcement procedures and applicable copyright laws.
