# I can't log in to my dashboard. What should I do?


1. Firstly, use Google Chrome to have the best experience with our system!
2. Warning: You should turn off the VPN and Adblocker while using the Rulta Dashboard.

3. Remember, just a quick  hard refresh simply can solve your problems. Windows:  CTRL + F5 Macbook: Command + Shift + R \*\*

4. You'll need to logout first, please click the attached URL: [https://www.rulta.com/login/?loading=true](https://www.rulta.com/login/?loading=true)
5. Alternative method: Click this link: [chrome://settings/content/siteDetails?site=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rulta.com](chrome://settings/content/siteDetails?site=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rulta.com)  and choose: Delete data

6. Final suggestion: You can Add a new profile to your Google Chrome.

7. If issues persist, consider trying a different device or connecting to a different WiFi network.

8. You have to follow your original login method, which means if you signed up through Facebook, you'll need to log in with your Facebook, or if it's Google you should choose your correct Google email.
9. If you are unable to log in with your email, we can change your email address at Rulta. Please contact our Live Support.
10. We know it's a cliche but it always works to restart the computer!
