# How long does it take to issue a DMCA takedown?

All the websites have their own **review process and response time**, but the websites that comply with the DMCA usually **accept, process, or otherwise respond to** our takedown requests within 3-10 days.

Unfortunately, some **websites and hosting providers operating in certain jurisdictions**, including countries like Bulgaria, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, and China, **may** ignore DMCA notices and choose not to respond to these claims.

In these cases, we can help by delisting the content from Google and Bing search results to reduce its visibility and traffic.
