How can I edit my payment/see my invoices? Can I add VAT information?

To modify your payment method, navigate to your Rulta dashboard and select the 'Billing' page which can be found on the left side of your interface. Here, you can make any necessary changes or updates to your preferred payment method.




We use Paddle as a payment provider, it'll direct you to the Paddle page, so you'll need to move forward through Paddle pages.

Upon completion of your transaction, you will receive a receipt that includes a PDF document of your invoice.
Click Ctrl + P to save this invoice.


You are able to manually input your VAT information directly into this document for your convenience.





Please be aware that our payment processing is handled by Paddle. As such, all payment and invoice details are generated by them, ensuring a secure and reliable transaction process.
