How can I check the takedown status of a copyright infringement? How can I understand this process?
Go to your dashboard and click on the “Copyright Infringements” tab on the left-side menu. You can check the status of the reported URLs on the two columns labelled Delist and Takedown.
The column Delist is for Google result removals whereas the column Takedown is for DMCA-compliant website removals. You can hover over the small icons listed below these columns to get more information on the removal process.
Icon map Description:
✅ : the link has been removed
✉️ : the link has been reported
🕐 : the link will be delisted from Google Search
🆕 : the link will be processed soon
⚪: Unknown website for DMCA laws
❌: Irresponsive / Non-compliant with DMCA laws
